R&b's Pizza - Pittsburgh

We ordered from here many times and the food is normally good. But today I was given a calzone with spoiled ricotta cheese inside. We will never order from there again.so disappointed!!!!!

I don't recommend this place. Pizza is lousy and sauce is way too sweet. Also, they got the order wrong and were supposed to replace the pizza. They ended up sending some additional sauces which were icy and cold. After another phone call they said they are sending another pizza. I hope this time the pizza order is correct. They did try to rectify this situation but, I don't like the taste of their pizza.

Order food an hour before lunch on their website. I left specific instructions for the food to be at the front desk at 5pm. The driver called at 451. We are not allowed phones during working hours. Drive left before 5pm. I called the location at 449pm to find out where food was. They said driver was on his way. I called at 525 to see where my food was. They told me at the location the driver had already been there and left. Fortunately I got a refund but the whole situation could have been avoid if they actually followed the items for the food deliver. Why have a food delivery comments section if they won't follow it.

I used to love the meatball calzone from this place. The trash i got delivered tonight was a poor excuse for food even late at night. No ricotta and chopped up frozen garbage meatballs. Basically just mozzarella and dough. Won't be making the mistake of ordering from here again.

Was hungry after a party so the front desk clerk of the hotel recommended this place. I called to order and was on hold for longer than usual. When they answered I tried to order some wings but was told that they were only making pizzas now. So I ordered a cheese pizza. I wasn't expecting much. But this was one of the cheesiest pizzas I've ever had. It was pretty good too. I'd order from there again but I really wanted wings.
