I had to get a sanitizer wipe from the front counter myself because there was no one at the register. This experience won't stop us from coming back, but it would be great if the manager or staff paid more attention to keeping the dining room clean instead of staying in the kitchen.
The service was incredibly slow and our order was incorrect. We requested a BLT but received a mayo, chicken, and avocado BLT instead, despite specifically asking for "just a BLT." On a positive note, the pastries are delicious and the service has improved recently, with quick service. I highly recommend trying the chocolate croissants.

The restaurant offers excellent food and service from wonderful employees. Having a private room available for my monthly group meetings is a fantastic feature. I would rate the food 5 out of 5 stars.
The dining experience at this restaurant is consistently subpar. The food is not great, and the prices are expensive for what you get. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendly staff set it apart from others. They do offer vegetarian options and are accommodating to dietary restrictions, but there is room for improvement in terms of allergy reporting. Parking can be a bit challenging during peak times, but there are plenty of spaces available. Overall, the restaurant is safe and accessible for all customers.
