Lexus Club - Pittsburgh

I was thoroughly impressed with the Home Plate Club. My entire experience, from start to finish, was fantastic. The entrance for security is separate from general admission, making the entry process quick and easy. Once inside, you're promptly seated and can enjoy a buffet with an incredible selection. Everything was delicious! They offer a wide variety, including sandwiches, salads, charcuterie, salmon, and steak. After finishing your meal, you can head to your seats, but not before passing through another area that features a bar and additional food options like soft pretzels, hot dogs, candy, and ice cream. There’s also a cooler filled with water. I couldn’t resist trying the ice cream! Our seats were phenomenal, situated right behind home plate. A server comes to your seat to take your order in case you’re still hungry or thirsty, and ours even offered us sunscreen, which was a nice touch! Although these seats are on the pricier side, I would absolutely choose them again without hesitation!

This is a fantastic addition to a night at the ballpark. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. There's a wide variety of food options, with more vegetarian choices than you would typically find at the park. The food is decent—perhaps not quite as impressive as the prices might indicate, but I believe the cost also reflects the overall experience (it definitely seems that way). I particularly enjoyed the diverse selection of desserts. In my overall assessment, the food had the flavor of restaurant fare served at a ballpark (take from that what you will), but it was definitely a fun experience.

In-seat food and drink service is also available, so make the most of your time in your seat—it's definitely worth it. Our child even caught a foul ball from O'Neil Cruz while sitting in section 20! The seats are comfortable but a bit cramped. Luckily, the game wasn't too crowded, which gave us some room to move around. The usher was also vigilant about keeping the club area exclusive, ensuring that only ticket holders could access it, which was nice. If you have kids, you can stick around after the game to try for autographs, but be aware that they start closing things down about 15 minutes after the game ends. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend doing it at least once. For the best seating, aim for section 20, rows A-D—you're close to all the action and it’s definitely worth it!

Well, you know it costs an arm and a leg to sit right behind home plate and get a free smorgasbord meal. But, I'm glad I had the opportunity to live like I want to become accustomed! I just need a rich sugar daddy. The food was surprisingly good and you can eat as much as you can stuff in until it closes down (an hour, I think) after the game starts. Then you walk down the stairs through the tunnel and you're practically sitting on home plate. There is a small cash bar and lots of free snacks. Pre-COVID, someone waited on you in your seat, but it's help yourself now. I was disappointed the bar closed after the 7th inning because the game went extra innings. You would think they'd keep it open here like they do up in the baseball club. Anyway, I'll have to save my pennys and go again sometime. It was pretty awesome!
