Jimmy John's - Pittsburgh

I recently ordered by jimmy johns and was extremely disappointed by the service. it took almost an hour until my food was delivered and when I asked for the delay, the person who answered the phone was rude. while the supplier was apologetic, the long waiting time and bad customer service will prevent me from ordering jimmy johns again. if they appreciate efficiency and courtesy service, I would recommend finding another restaurant to order from.

This place is a joke. I ordered 40 dollars worth of food for a meeting interview. I ordered around 11:30 and did not come for two hours. I called the shop and the girl on the phone was disinterested. She said do you want me to void your order? Basically they just dont care and their only solution is to cancel your order. No refunds offered or discounts. These people should be fired.
