Franks Pizza Chicken - Pittsburgh

I placed an order at 5:20 PM, but it wasn't delivered until 7 PM, and when it arrived, it was cold, soggy, and missing an item. I called to inform them about the issue, and the person on the line said the best he could do was remake the order. However, it was already past 7 PM, and my daughter needed to go to bed, so receiving new food that would likely arrive in the same condition wasn't very helpful. He didn't seem to care much and mentioned that they were busy and only had one driver. We've ordered from here regularly, but this experience was truly disappointing.

I've been visiting this restaurant for years, and the food is absolutely fantastic. However, the service leaves much to be desired, and the atmosphere is just average. Overall, I would rate the food a full 5 stars, the service only 1 star, and the atmosphere a moderate 3 stars.

I received a text saying my order was on the way at 6:46 PM. I live just 3 minutes from the restaurant, but my food didn't arrive until 7:20 PM. I ordered a small pizza, breaded mushrooms, and a side salad. When it got here, the food was cold. The salad was supposed to include red onion, cucumbers, green pepper, and black olives, but instead, I got a container of just lettuce, a few pieces of white onion, and green peppers. No cucumbers or black olives at all. I feel like I wasted $25 on this meal!
