Dunkin' - Pittsburgh

If I come in there one more time and cannot order a banana split because of a lack of bananas. I'll never come back, sheesh it's been 2 months. Other than that I have no complaints, the manager and staff are wonderful. The bananas issue isn't limited tojust this location either.

The ice to drink ratio is terrible. Update: asked for less ice, they put it on the order, but still a 10 to 1 ice to drink ratio. You will pay 5 dollars for a Dixie cup amount of liquid.

Consistent with other recent reviews, this Dunkin location is horrible. The service was awful even for a chain? College kid at front counter could not say hello and had to ask me 2x what my order was because his buddy was complaining to him aboutsomething. The floor of the entire place was sticky. Got my first pumpkin drink of the year and it was absolutely disgusting-basically $4 for sugar water. Sandwich was ok but I could have gone without. For such a large location in a central area you?dthink they?d care a bit more about at least one of these problem areas.

The coffee is good. The men?s room looks like it has not been cleaned in years. There?s a layer of filth on the floor, sink, toilet walls. The trash can was overflowing. It was 5:45 am. It?s a new definition of GROSS!

Big disappointment, took my grandkids there for the first time the coffee was was good the donuts was good everything else we got was not so good. We had avocado toast we had grilled cheese and a breakfast sandwich and it was all not prepared right Ithink it might have been a new person doesn't make sense why all that other food was not prepared correctly
