Chipotle Mexican Grill - Pittsburgh

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Save your money and find a better place to eat. Ordered food from this location online, when I picked up my order and came home to eat, I am not even exaggerating... my taco was one small tortilla with literally three tiny pieces of steak thrown on it. That's it. And my burrito bowl was brown rice (even though I ordered white rice) with a ton of melted cheese on it...it was literally missing the other four ingredients that I had ordered for my burrito bowl. The customer service is non-existent and the only thing you can do is write a complaint online to Chipotle and of course they never get back to you about it. What shocks me is that the employees there knowingly made this food and served it to customers. Absolutely unbelievable.Also, notice how many 1 star reviews there are... clearly my case is not an isolated incident. Seriously I don't how this place is still open.

This Chipotle is rachet! Sat upstairs to eat and still heard the staff cursing and screaming and saying the N word!Do better

The worst chipotle ive ever been to in my entire life. the workers are so stingy with their portions every single order ive gotten the bowl is only half full compared to every other chipotle which fills the actual bowl up. they are also out of stuff 24/7. this place sucks

Worst Chipotle! This has to be by far the worst fast food place I have ever been to. How does one order a burrito bowl and get a burrito instead? How do you not include the ingredients asked for? Asked for chicken bowl, brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, sour cream, cheese, red sauce, lettuce, and guacamole. Got a chicken burrito with white rice, black beans, and lettuce...

I reset my email password just to leave this review. Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. This is my first time ever leaving a review anywhere but man this place deserves it. I waited over an hour after my online order said it was ready. I constantly kept asking and the manager was rude and told me to go wait. After an hour I just got up and left. Go somewhere else this place is awful.
