Chipotle - Pittsburgh

Always so good!!!!!! Dont get your heart set on the fajita veggies because they usually out, but its still so fire they are not missed lol. Thank you for the great service every time !!!!!!!!!!!

I had two bad experiences with incorrect orders two days ago, but today I finally received the right food. However, the steak was dry and the cheese was hard. The quality at this restaurant can be inconsistent - sometimes it's good, sometimes it's terrible. Unfortunately, today was a pretty bad experience for me. I understand they may be busy, but they need to improve their service.

The rice was undercooked and inedible, causing the entire meal to be thrown away. Without a receipt, I am unable to get a refund. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Avoid ordering from this location at all costs! They are always short-staffed, resulting in orders taking an hour or more to be fulfilled. Additionally, there are always missing ingredients. This is by far the worst Chipotle in the area.

Order is never correct! Every t I order crispy corn tortillas for tacos, I always get soft flour. And this time Iorderex a salad... it came with NO lettuce and NO dressing! I dont know why I keep giving them a chance. Always disappointed.
