Chili's Grill - Pittsburgh

I frequently visit Chili's at the Waterworks Mall. My friend and I like to come here when we are in the area. We always choose to sit at the bar, where we receive excellent service from the bartender. The ribs are particularly delicious. I have tried a variety of dishes and have never been disappointed.

I am currently sitting in the restaurant with only two servers working. Despite being short-staffed, they maintained a positive attitude and were very polite. The food was delicious, and overall this was the best service we have received in a while! Thank you!

I have ordered the same dish both for dine-in and takeout, and they always manage to mess it up. Most recently, I ordered a rare steak for delivery, but when it arrived, my entire order was cold and the steak was severely overcooked. The steak was completely grey inside, with no trace of pink. Despite the fact that steaks cook a bit more after being taken off the grill, there is no way my steak could have turned from red to grey by the time it was delivered. Additionally, the quality was subpar, with the steak being thin, partially burnt, and dry. Even my normally delicious mashed potatoes were dry and lacking in flavor. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of the meal.
