Burger King - Pittsburgh

I would rate my experience at this restaurant a 7.5 out of 10. Despite being short-staffed, the service was relatively fast and the food was prepared correctly. The only negative aspect was the poor attitude displayed by two employees. With a bit more professionalism, this place could easily earn a 5-star rating.

When we visited this restaurant, they were extremely busy, but despite being short staffed, the employees were friendly and efficient. The cashier was busy preparing fries while the cook quickly took the next order and started making our burgers. As someone with experience in the industry, I must say that this two-person team was exceptional.

About the level of food quality (or lack of it) I would expect from the city centre. Along with restrictions of Covid and large homeless population, I usually don't get a fast food city, but this is not really special for this brand.

Typical Burger King especially for downtown Pittsburgh. Eating is good. The service is good. You can even plug in and charge your phone while you eat when you find the right place.
