Azorean Cafe - Pittsburgh

Highly recommended! I was on this place when I went through bloomfield, stopped for coffee/brunse and glad I did it. Portuguese inspired breakfast was absolutely delicious, excellent coffee, hard work and attentive staff. I look forward to the return!

I had a wonderful experience of coming here today, nothing had never been to azorean. interactions with the father and daughter who own this place were great, along with a very good menu and so many options that I needed to help find out what to order. I had the highest omelette and a cinnamon latte; my daughter had another brunch entrée and we loved everything we had! I recommend this restaurant for brunch or lunch and will be back as often as possible!

The first time here. pleasant experience. Chorizo/Chourico skillet is very good. my heart and my par the excellent label as foodie went to the apple pasty. they can chim it hot or cold with extra cinnamon that they need more. pittsburgh juice company juices are sold here. definitiw had them here on ice. great experience!

Love this place! Home made bakery items, great coffee, unique breakfast items, attention to detail! Lunch not sure if they have dinner.

PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE! With so many restaurants in Bloomfield, the Azorean Cafe may get overlooked. But this is definitely a hidden gem serving some authentic Portuguese food! There were so many amazing choices on the menu, that I'm definitely going to have to come back soon. I opted to get the Bacalhau, which is a salted cod bake with an gratin potatoes in a white cheese sauce. This dish was absolutely delicious, and came with a generous portion of cod on the bottom! It also came with a little roll which was a nice surprise. My friend got the seafood paella, which comes with shrimp, scallops, mussels, and chourico, fresh parsley, peas, and carrots mixed with organic saffron yellow rice. He said the dish was super tasty and also looked like it comes with a nice amount of seafood as well. The staff there was super friendly and very patient with us as we navigated the menu. They continued to ensure us that we didn't need to rush and to take our time, which was amazing! All in all I had an amazing experience here at the Azorean Cafe and will definitely be back soon!
