Applebee's Grill - Pittsburgh

Grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. we did it. the type that makes the takeout there is very thorough. he never makes mistakes and eating is good. I can't remember the names of the types, but I love this guy. He is very polite and tells them what he is in her pocket. Nobody else does. I'll go back there soon. food: 5/5

Always a great meal at applebee’s! eating is good, great selection, decent prices. when I first ordered a drink there, my whiskysaurier was perfect. our server was very attentive. food: 5/5

The food was good, the service could have been better. our server let us hurl, although she had only one other table, who had not been able to sit long after the meal. they must have thought that in the 60 seconds they took our drinks that we had looked over the menu and decided what we wanted. After we had hired our food order, we saw why she rushed us, she wanted to have social time with the others. the only time we saw her was to refill our drinks, take our dessert order and take our sack. two different servers brought out our app and meal times. which most appalled me, observed a server with a box in register that printed a quitting and a brush to cleanse his face hair. the manager must check the cameras if they don't believe me. he should have gone to the bathroom to do that. what if some of his face hairs have fancy and go into the container? we will never return to this place again.

Not sure how th feel about this place. One time you get a really good meal and the next you get something not good at all. This time we ordered delivery. Food was cold, but the fries were not there. When I called the manager blamed the door dash driver. He finally offered to send me coupons or something. But Really bothered me that he took no responsibility. We have ordered there before and had a problem or two. Seems that the food quality depends on who is working.

We visited the Applebee's in North Hills and their food was good but they forgot to give my wife her garlic bread stick which came with her meal but they gave it to her after the fact. We visited alot of different Applebee's in the city (Edgewood/ Monroeville) and they had way better bar service. The bartender at that one had no personality and really didn't say a word. He (bartender with dark hair and glasses) has to get better with his service Applebee's and needs more bar etiquette training.
