Two Brothers Mining Co - Pittsburg

The restaurant offers a diverse selection of dishes. I visited solo for a late dinner and sat at the bar. Eva, the bartender, was very attentive. I ordered a chili bowl for a lighter meal, paired with a refreshing drink to balance the spiciness. The portion size was just right for me, as I’m not much of an eater anymore. I would definitely come back here again at any time.

We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food we had tonight. The prime rib steak was undoubtedly the best we've had in a long time. What I appreciated most is that our home state allows us to live freely, unlike other states where restrictions are still in place. I love that we can enjoy a date night with our partner without needing any special reservations.

The food was excellent, and I had a wonderful dining experience overall. We only waited about twenty minutes on a Saturday night, which was very reasonable. The waiter was extremely professional and friendly, making sure we felt well taken care of. The wait for our food and dessert was short, and it was definitely worthwhile. I loved the decor and the atmosphere of the dining room! Kudos to Kansas Crossing for providing a lovely evening out!

Excellent food and service! The grill plates have a ton of food and their signature Mac Cheese page is my favorite. Eva makes the best cocktails and the monthly beverage specialities are a great way to taste new drinks.

Great experience overall. Server Toni was the high point. He bent over backwards to provide excellent service. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because we had to send back a steak twice (overcooked, then undercooked).
