Do not eat here if you don 't have extra-extra cash to tip more for this lady at the counter! This lady with a short-hair will call you names and even your race like you Filipinos!. for not giving an extravagant tip! By the way, this japanese ramen house is run by Chinese, so I can 't fathom why this lady turned out to be so rediculous about asians! can 't contain her words and it 's not even a Joke! I don 't know why this lady is pushing customers to tip more, even a 10% tip she 'll talk-back, tip not enough , she 's not contented and always argue to ask for more tip, should you owe her explanations? LOL! That 's the bad thing w/ her! Foods are okay just a little salty we are so dissapointed towards her attitude! Maybe, we will still eat here but not to deal with this entitled, racist, argumentative cashier/waitress! She said, she 's not the owner though, sad that she spoiled our dinner experience again that night after enjoying the foods. I 'm so sorry for the cooks, they did a great job so they do not deserve this lady pushing away regular customers for that provocative demeanor. They can find better cashier/waitress unless she lied for being the real owner! Learn how to be grateful at least! Goodluck to your business any way!
I was recommended to try this place from one of my supervisors. I called to order a Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen for pick up but when I got there I received the Chili Beef Ramen. I tried calling so i would be able to use the Yelp 15% discount for checking in, however I was informed they didn't honor that and they had no idea why it was posted. The directions lead you to this back parking lot that looks like it's the wrong place. There's a sign that leads you to a hallway door, where you can see an open door shortly after entering. The open door to the restaurant is blocked by a table with a sign about picking up orders, so I assume this place is only a to- go spot. You have to ask for utensils and napkinsThe food is pretty good; they separate the noodles/toppings from the broth. The noodles are nothing special but the broth is rich and adequately spicy (and I like spicy foods). The egg is eh, it doesn't look super appetizing and it's slightly overcooked for my liking.
Fast friendly service, clean interior, and an extensive menu with plenty of drink options. They even offer boba! Our first time here and we will be back! Ordered their tonkatsu ramen...delish! 3 slices of juicy, flavorful pork, broth was tasty, not as silky as I like, but it was still delicious, noodles al dente (chef's kiss) with a perfectly soft boiled egg. Also ordered, but not pictured, takoyaki, also delicious.
Specifically craving beef noodle soup n so happy this place popped up. small, family-owned establishment. they have chili oil beef ramen but they were able to make it non-spicy. it was delicious! n they gave me so many cuts of beef! will definitely come back
