Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Pittsburg

Popeyes is notorious for its poor customer service, but surprisingly, I received fantastic service on my visit this time!

During my visit, there was a small incident at the drive-thru—there was a fire on the lawn, and the staff was busy trying to manage it. As a result, everyone was redirected inside to place their orders. Despite the situation, there was no chaos; the staff handled the orders and served customers like pros. They might have been feeling a bit panicked, but it didn't show at all.

I really love the chicken here, but I think it would be great to offer a soft-baked option as well. Some diners may find the crispy variety difficult to enjoy, especially those who have dental issues.

Dirty restaurant, incompetent management, poor trained kitchen staff. I hope I don't get sick with what they gave me at the window. This restaurant should close or the city inspector should pay them a visit

Cold chicken sandwich was drowning in mayonnaise so much that chicken was sliding off the bun, the container label sweet tea was just the regular tea. Horrible
