Chili's Grill - Pittsburg

Service was great. Margaritas on point. Eating was just okay. It was very busy. In any case will come back.

The restaurant was lovely. The server was fantastic. We mentioned that we were very hungry and she promptly got our food ready. The food was excellent - fast and hot. The only downside was the bathrooms, which were not up to par. Despite that, it was a positive experience overall. We really appreciated the contactless payment option.

The hostess inexplicably seated us on the busy bar side with dirty tables, while the quieter dining area had plenty of clean tables available. Our food order was accurate, but they brought out extra dishes that we did not request. Despite the rocky start, our overall dining experience improved as the meal went on.

We drove almost 2 hours from San Bernardino during rush hour to visit this restaurant. We were in town for a concert at The Forum and decided to grab a bite to eat and some drinks here. The server provided excellent customer service, although I forgot his name. The service was quick from the moment we walked in. We will definitely return when we are back in town for another concert.

The quality of food has gone down as well as the service. maybe the time we are, but hope they can get it back together
