Taverna Gargantua - PISTOIA

Great place to eat in the middle of Pistoia city centre. If you are looking for fresh pasta (they are making it on the spot! or great meat, you should definitely go there. They also have a good variety of wines you can choose from. The crew is also nice, so you will definitely have a good time. Also, they are dog-friendly!

Points Here you can eat in one of the best restaurants in Italy. The starter was grandiose. In the main course we ordered Pasta. All Pasta are fresh handmade. We had a lucky ducky day. Because one time in the year you get Pasta with duck and it was today. The unique taste of the food will follow us to Germany. Thank you for the outstanding service, even though it was so busy here today.

Delicious dinner for an affordable price. Definitely try the coccoli (our favorite dish in Italy to date; and this place does them the best! . Staff were friendly and accommodating. If you are visiting Pistoia, you must go here!

Very nice taverna with a great atmosphere, especially at night when we went and it was very lively. The terrace is beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious, their pasta with burrata and pistachio were to die for and the octopus with potatoes puree was full of flavour. Would definitely come again.

Great food and fine price. The staff added a table for us to eat here, so very nice of them. Only comment is that the service was very slow, but understandable when the terrace is more then full
