Once we had done our sightseeing and market shopping, we returned for a lunch-time snack of slices of pizza which were delicious and also sampled the torta di ceci which was interesting! Good value for money and very friendly people serving.
I was in Florence, Italy for 6 weeks on business. One weekend a colleague and I took a day trip to Pistoia, Italy just to see this quaint small city. We stopped in this establishment for a light lunch and cold drinks. The service was quick and friendly. The pizza was inexpensive and fine a variety of different slices were available. The cold drinks (Coke light and beer) were refreshing after walking around Pistoia on a very warm day. All in all, an acceptable experience and I would happily stop in for lunch and drink the next time I was in Pistoia.
Make sure to order several pieces, and maybe put a bit of red pepper on for added flavor. The slices are cracker size and lacking in flavor. However, the ceccina is outspoken. Liked it very much, and this place has fast and friendly service. Clean tables and a variation of seating choices.
During our visit to the city we stopped for a short break to take a coffee. We were really good. friendliness and super welcome.
Small exercise a stone's throw from the cathedral. good coffee and courteous service.
