Pismo's Pizza And Chowder House

I eat here all the time. My kids love the pizza and shaved ice. The staff is always super friendly and professional. The inside and out is clean and well maintained. It's the kind of restaurant where you see management working hard and checking on everyone both staff and customers. This place has hands down the best micheladas I've ever had anywhere period. The couple restaurants in this location before just relied on foot traffic and didn't last long. I hope Pismo pizza is around for a long time and judging by the quality of food and staff I'm sure they will be.

Outstanding clam chowder! Highly recommend it. You can tell it not just bacon chowder, sine it had juuust the right amount of sand in the clams. ; Too bad they didn 't sell branded sweat shirts. ;

My first time here. I came here with my wife and son. I got mild wings, curly fries, and a Dr Pepper. My wife got the clam chowder and lobster fries with a Sierra Mist. My wings were good and so were my fries. My wife said the lobster fries she got weren't as good and she thought they would be. She gave it a 2 out of 5 and she found a nat in her soda. The table we sat down at hasn't been cleaned and the floor underneath the table was sticky and looked like someone spilled soda

Chowder average at best. Wings not cooked, rude staff, not clean. I thought we were at splash cafe since that was what we were looking for for actual world famous chowder. We left our meal and went to splash that didn't disappoint.

Not bad place to eat esp if you want clam chowder, the staff was really nice she went above and beyond to help out serve the food, pricing was alright and like portion of fries and hotdog wasn’t crowded so it was nice to able to sit down and get our order quick
