Love eating KOI but my first impression on this specific restaurant was not good. the front of the restaurant looks abandoned and not welcoming. Thankfully the food was still great but it felt unsanitary because there are several flies around my table. Entered Koi and saw employees playing on their cellphones, not saying hello and looking lazy at work. The place was empty with no other visitors but the table I was at was still dirty. The waiter looked but I have to say first before it was really cleaned. It's a shame, I have liked koi for a long time but the service is very bad. Please manager to improve service standards
