We went here as part of our holiday in Germany and were glad to have dinner in the brrasserie! we have some experience in various Michael Star restaurants and our expectations were all fulfilled this time. beginning with the beautiful ambiente, a bit of country style....The service was very attentive and friendly. we felt very welcome. we had the 4 courses with additional weingut. at the beginning with the weeps: the friendly and knowledgeable Sommelier/Wein steward had some very good suggestions for wein to be accompanied by our directed. the restaurant serves many local weeping and they matched the eating excellent. all add a little extra taste or taste to the dress. the dish itself was very well balanced in taste, and we were very glad that they all tasted very clean". no blurring round with eating or some special prepared exotic ingredients. the ingredients were all very well combined and the different flavors in the dressed were sometimes surprising, but all very creatiw and very tasteful. this restaurant is very renovated!
I absolutely loved this restaurant. I went with the four cursor and I was very happy. I asked the waiter to connect some of the courses with wein. the menu changes and turns, but I had a skalopptar in orange sauce starter that was excellent. the cold carrot soup with lemon sorbet was an amazing burst of aromen in my mouth. I didn't love to fully know what all agreed then to explore and identify the flavors. the salmon with potatoes was very delicious. I'm not much of a kartoffel fan, but these were very good kartoffels. finally, the dessert was very nice. the homemade sweets accentuated the dish very well. I finished with an American jefferson small batch kentucky whisky as a digestive tract. it was an amazing whisky. my wife loved her Alsatian huh absolutely. as every dish is elegantly prepared by a cook, they expect to wait. it took three hours for our culinary journey. if they are in gourmet food, I would highly recommend the brasserie. it is a culinary joy that is not disappointed.
We ate there at lunchtime while the prices are very expensive (starter for 10-25, net over 30 eating was excellent. classic Europe/French with modern twist. the paprikasuppe was amazing! the restaurant itself is very pleasant and designed like a chic (in a good. way) rustic wine cellar. overall a very good experience. highly recommended!
We treated our mother to a Mother's Day feast. We all enjoyed the food and wine, the friendly service and the pleasant atmosphere. You won't find any other restaurants in Pirmasens that can compare to this. The only room for improvement we could make out...is: (i) Serve real expresso (not Nespresso) and (ii) allow patrons to pay with credit card (not just German EC debit cards or cash).
