They need to put on the coupon that it is not really two pieces of chicken, I never been there before, but thought I was getting real chicken, then when I called the lady that worked there she treated me like I was stupid for not knowing, put it on the coupon .Also they filled the food box full of breading, from fish, chicken, shrimp, ???, I am not the trashcan, throw away your own garbage. The price was ok, with a coupon, if it would of been two pieces of chicken LIKE ThE COUPON SAID!!!
Delicious flavor but a tad bit on the greasy side. We will be back again

It’s highly advisable to have your staff ready at opening time. Or change opening time. Lost business because I went across the road to someplace that was of course ready on time. I probably would have waited the same exact same time if someone didn’t look me in the eyes and turn away as if I didn’t exist and I would have been patient. Hang on sir just a moment we are just opening would have been a good way to handle it. It’s bad enough that the machines take the orders and the staff is removed from the customer service experience but to look me right in the eyes and pretend I’m an inconvenience at 10:34am. Just change the store hours if you can’t open on time. Some of us have work schedules also. I get it. It’s tough but it’s not too tough to say hang on a second.
Upon approaching the counter, the worker told us, the dining room closes in 3 minutes, and then asked if our order was to go. We asked if we ordered, was he saying we couldn't sit down eat our meal, he stated no.We left!
