Long John Silver's - Piqua

I give this restaurant two stars. The first star is for the tasty root beer float, and the second star is for the friendly manager. Unfortunately, the food was subpar.

We were unable to order a rice bowl as they were out of rice. Instead, I chose the 2-piece fish meal with two sides and hush puppies. However, I ended up not receiving the hush puppies I ordered. The fish was very greasy and seemed to have been fried in old oil, giving it a disappointing taste. Overall, it was a negative dining experience.

Today's food was perfectly cooked and flavored wonderfully. Sometimes the shrimp or fish is a little undercooked and doughy in the middle. Today the food was cooked thoroughly and great.

1st star is for the root beer float, it was good. Giving the 2nd star because the manager was very kind. Other than that, the food was not that good at all.

The restaurant should work on improving their speed of service and pay more attention to customers' requests for sauces and other condiments.
