Fat Badger Bakery - PIPERSVILLE

I had the opportunity to sample these cookies at the Asbury Park Vegan festival. All of the cookies were delicious, but my favorite was the peach flavor. They also had a tasty Pina colada cookie. Yum!

I have sampled all of their classic flavors as well as some seasonal ones, and they were all excellent. The cookies are thin, soft, and slightly crispy. They offer delivery or you can choose to pick them up from the factory. I would order from them more frequently if their shipping fees were not so expensive.

A family member gifted us a sampler that contained two dozen of these incredible cookies. It was a delightful surprise to receive something completely vegan for our family to indulge in. Our children adored the raspberry flavor, while the adults favored the chocolate sea salt. This would make a perfect gift for someone special.

I've been vegan for 14 years, and that has meant a LOT of trial and error when it comes to finding the best vegan desserts. I don't settle for anything less than the best, and Fat Badger is the BEST! Their cookies are absolutely delicious! I was fortunate enough to meet the owners, Gretchen, David, and Karim, at the NYV Vegfest back in May; they're a great team of people that truly care about their brand and products.
