My friend and I stopped here on our way to Reno from Sonora, California, and we were incredibly impressed by the outstanding quality of the vegetarian meals. I ordered the veggie burger paired with lentil and chickpea soup, while my friend enjoyed the breakfast burrito with soyrizo as a chorizo substitute. I can’t say enough about the owners, Ed and Pearl; they are the best hosts imaginable and truly masters of gourmet café cooking and preparation. I also treated myself to a chai tea, and my friend chose an iced tea with a splash of raspberry—both were fantastic! We highly recommend Pearl’s café. This place was simply fantastic! We happened to drive by and were so intrigued that we had to stop. The owners were incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough!

My husband had always raved about this place, so I finally decided to give it a try. The homemade quiche was outstanding! I highly recommend it. The fresh fruit selection was impressive, featuring a great variety beyond just the usual melons. And their homemade chocolate chip cookies are simply the best!

Little jewel in the East Sierra. Have fun browsing the dining area for funny memories. For dinner called to go as a restaurant was near closing time both chickens Steak entrees were perfectly cooked. The next morning for omelette breakfast could not be satisfied anymore.

Quaint eatery just off of 88. Very welcoming staff, homey feel and great prices and selection of goods...from pastries sandwiches to coffee, mocha 's and breakfasts. Definitely worth stopping by. A true gem in the hills.
