On the other hand he had immediately conquered me the two consistencies of baccalà, dish/design genius of a good chef, who presents the baccalà mantecato and in the oven (I think) cn a perfect accompaniment of tomatoes and vegetables split. In August, instead, in the kitchen they gave everything, especially with the fish, proposing a cresquilla to the 'astice very good and then of the spigola baked well. Friendly staff. Only note of demerit the cost of pizzas (almost all at 10 Euro, too). Come on!
They told me about this place, so we came to lunch after a morning at the sea. The restaurant is inside the village Mare Verde, but it could be in the most prestigious walks of the Tuscan coast. Great fish, both as a starter, first or second. Good meat and pizza too! Note of merit for bread, which we often underestimate, produced directly in the restaurant and for wine, little choice but excellent the rosé of Bolgheri who have drunk. Congratulations to the chef Gaetano I then met and to the staff of the room!

I ate very well and in a quiet place and the employees were very kind. we will return in autumn when there is less crowd and the sea is all for us
