Chubo's Chicken And Pizza

This establishment is no longer in business and has been replaced by a burger and brew restaurant.

The customer service at this restaurant is very poor. It seems like they are not concerned with providing a good experience or quality for their paying customers. I rate it 1 out of 10 and will not be coming back.

Eh, it's okay. The last time we went, we ordered pizza for takeout and my mom went into the store to pick it up. When she came back, she mentioned that none of the workers were wearing masks.

I tried Chubos once and I was so impressed by the food that I got full quickly. It was simply amazing. Even though I live far in Naperville, I will definitely make the effort to go back for the delicious chicken!

I ordered a pizza on Saturday night at 7:22pm. I received an email confirmation that it would be delivered around 8:22pm. I understood the delay due to it being Saturday night. At around 8:45pm, I called to inquire about the delivery and was informed that their driver was out delivering and they believed my order was included. However, at 9:05pm, I called again and was told that the driver had returned and asked if I had not received my pizza yet. It was surprising to me that they didn't know which orders the driver had. They apologized and said they would send the driver out now and take 10% off my order. My pizza was finally delivered around 9:20pm, two hours after ordering, despite living directly across the street from the restaurant. I was not given the promised 10% discount, even after contacting Chubo's about it. I still tipped the delivery driver $12, which was more than 20%, and more than the 10% credit, as I doubted it was the driver's fault. It appears that this establishment is very disorganized and careless. The fried dough was hard and inedible, the pizza and chicken wings were cold. I am disappointed, especially in the lack of effort to resolve the situation. It's sad because I really wanted to like this place.
