Little Caesars Pizza - Pineville

Horrible service, rude worker, hour waiting time, incomplete order, no refund or compensation. Not to mention disgusting and unclean interior.

Came to little Caesars at 18:28 and ordered a deep dish 3 meats. The young lady said they had no, but they did one, and some have them. I've been eating a little at home and it wasn't boiled completely, so I'll call four times and every time they hang on me. So I went back to little Caesars and told them about the pizza and they told me they couldn't take it back because I had a little eaten. It's at 7:00 and the manager said I'd cook you. It is now 7:19 and the manager just bought another pizza they had to replace. Fast and friendly staff, the pizza is literally hot and ready every time. Just don't be Richard and Park in the fire zone.

Ordered ahead of time and got there to pick it up, apparently they could not find our order even though I repeatedly told them all of the information. They insisted that there was no order under our name and proceeded to insist that we pay for our food again. No amount of explaining was working. We ended up having to show them our bank app that proved the money being taken from our bank before they magically found our order in their system. They asked us to pull to the front and they would bring it out in 10 minutes... that was an hour ago. I've already paid for my food so it's not like I'm just going to up and leave it. My wife walked in to ask and apparently they're still making the wings. Not happy at all. Update: finally got our food. The lady that came out was super nice so that was a plus

They were SO BUSY... but the service is still great they had everything we wanted ready to go, even though I didn't order ahead. Pizza was very hot there was no wait time once I ordered. Though I could tell the guy working the window was frustrated with how busy they were, he was extremely professional was laughing smiling despite the chaos. We love that team!
