Firehouse Subs Pineville

Metro is okay, but Jersey Mike is usually my place. Today I decided to try something else. I often forget about Firehouse-idk, but I do. I haven't been here since I was a kid, but I remember enjoying the sandwiches. My favorite sandwich is ever an Italian, so I tried her version today, I was not disappointed. Everything tasted fresh from meat to bread. This location had a nice small area for outdoor seats, but I could not swim through too many flies crumbs around due to the whole garbage left by Trifling disrespectful customers SMH. The staff was politely friendly, the food was good.

Best customer service ever! I had a great job to pick up and carried my baby. Before I could even come to the door, Keith came and opened her, asked me about my name and went my order for me into the car. This type of customer service is rare! The rest of the staff was all smiles. We will definitely visit this firehouse again!

8 out of 10 times, I use the app she crashes. if it does not crash, it is so slow that they can drive and order in person and get the food at the same time, which is not exactly the point. I have a personal shortage lately, and I know it's hard. communication is important when service and quality are impaired by lack. when they get in to pick up an order and see that ten already frustrated people are waiting for food and 4 employees move slowly behind the counter, it makes them wonder. a kind of greeting and an update would go a long way.

Cash was friendly, but the service was incredibly slow. waited for me to eat for over 30 minutes, and eating was not the best. the cheese tasted fake like plastic and I got a pickle although I was not asked for a pickle. the biggest was the time. it was slower than a restaurant that was frustrating.

Ordered and the cashier told me it's a 20 minute wait due to online orders. I still ordered and he was very nice. The service at this location has never disappointed me, even when someone else accidentally took my order. They replaced it right away. Good job.
