Arby's - Pineville

This location is driving focus they do not care about their dunes in customers. when I drove over the parking lot, there were no cars waiting on the drive through the menu board, but I had to wait until the guy behind the counter acknowledges me, then I had to wait until he took 4 more for the drive thru. I have eaten here one or two times a week for almost 2 years. one of the ladies remembered my name was one of the last paints I was in and I guess that will be the last time I eat there

Terrible customer service! I moved to the drive thru and the speaker says welcome. oh, then quiet. I answered, hallo again, quiet. I was waiting. the speaker comes back and a sarcastic female voice says, I can help them with something I have replied, yes, I want to give an order the female voice answer, I wait for her no opportunity, I spend money in this restaurant! 4:55 clock on sa., 26. february 2022

Information in the menu. Many of the items have been set I.e kartoffel cake, kartoffel bites and others. Do not trust the items displayed on their menu. also the location pineville is closed on Sundays, although the physical situation shows that they are open. her marketing team must do something for it.

Can not believe that they lost the classic beef cheddar of the 2 for $6 only one customer.

Food wasn't bad, but would like to be able to dine in again.
