Applebee's - Pineville

Our waitress Brandy was very nice and professional! She made sure we had everything we needed. Our food was amazing! Our food was fresh and hot! If you at Pineville make sure you eat here!! We will definitely come back!

It was served cold, but after we made it known to them, it was corrected. They made us a new one and it was good. Foods we ordered for our meal were really good, although they were basil soup from tomatoes I wanted. My husband really enjoyed his Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp. Waitress was nice and attentive. Overall, the experience was good, except the Mishap with our appetizer.

Spinach Artichoke-Dip was great. Meal was fine, but what came out was the great service. All that worked was a manager (who had to split their time between customers and a supplier meeting) and 1 server. Service was still pretty fast superior and very polite. The place also seemed clean. Kudos for a good job under difficult circumstances.

The Quesadilla Burger was cooked for perfection. The hair fried where this white color, not brown with old fat. My waitress with friendly and punctual beverage filling. That was the best since the pandemic. I hope they keep up the good work.

Stopped in solo for dinner and had quick and friendly service, my food came out hot, quick and good. They may have been a little short staffed but I also watched a new hire do training. Great experience and great food
