Subway - Pinellas Park

The timing was unfortunate because the food truck didn't arrive. However, the young staff provided excellent service and made us feel comfortable despite the delay. I would give this place 5 stars for their efforts, as we were still able to enjoy our meal and the adventurous atmosphere of the restaurant.

The staff member at the counter didn't acknowledge anyone in line until there were four people waiting. I was third in line and had to wait about five minutes before I even got eye contact. I have no idea how long the people before me had been waiting. The guy behind me left before I was able to place my order. The staff member was also quite rude and acted as if I should already know about all the changes to the menu, despite not having been in a Subway for about three months. It reminded me exactly why I hadn’t visited a Subway in so long.

This place is terrible! The customer service is awful. The kid behind the counter had an appointment when I mentioned that a fly was on my sandwich. When he slammed the door, I asked for a different sandwich.

The few ladies working today between the hours 12-1 were very very polite and made our sandwiches perfectly! Thank you for being so kind and for the great subs!:
