Mayse's - PINE CREEK

Food very reasonably priced but tasteless. Ordered a chicken burger the schnitzel was deep fried and overcooked. The salad was watery and tasteless with very little mayo, I keep tasting the oil from the chicken, so yuk. The pub is next door but this is...where you order food.

A great stopover location in pine creek, NT. Great coffee and better cakes. Pies and sausage rolls and other snacks. Relaxing atmosphere with very good service and staff.

Stopped here for an early lunch between Katherine Gorge and Kakadu, glad we did as everything else had closed down. Food was great: fresh, well cooked and really tasty. Mango smoothie was lovely and tasted the mango chili chutney made from the local mango plantation...and it was great so bought some of it as well. Really friendly staff and cat.

Had breakfast at Mayse’s this morning. Best bacon and egg toasted sandwich I have had for years. Washed down with a delicious mango smoothie. Colleague said the coffee was spot on too. Thank you Mayse

Nice little spot with a vintage character. Good food to affordable prices. Friendly staff. Airconditioned.
