Kfc - Pine City

My family and I decided to grab lunch at this restaurant after a hockey game, but were disappointed to find the lobby closed. There was no clear signage indicating the hours of operation or that only the drive through was open. We had to find another place to eat because we didn't want to eat fried chicken in the car. It would have been helpful if they had put up large enough signage on the door to let customers know they are drive-thru only, instead of making us park and walk to the locked door only to realize this. They should strive to improve in the future.

The staff at Chicken Man can be rude and condescending, especially if you don't know the menu well. They may even give you attitude or call you "sweetie" in a patronizing manner. In my experience, they also got my drink order wrong, but I didn't want to deal with their disrespectful behavior again. It's best not to ask too many questions or bother them with trivial matters, as they believe they know everything and never make mistakes.

After a long afternoon of shopping at Walmart, my family and I decided to stop at KFC for some American favorite fried chicken. I wanted to write a review after noticing some negative feedback from others. KFC is just one of many fast food restaurants trying to survive during the ongoing pandemic. They are operating under very tough circumstances, with limited staff and potential supply chain issues causing longer wait times. Despite these challenges, we were grateful for the service we received. Our server was friendly, our wait was short, and the food was delicious and fresh. I have the utmost respect for KFC and its hardworking employees who are doing their best to meet our food needs in a fast-paced environment. We need to support our local establishments as they support us. While it's unfortunate that KFC has limited hours at the moment, my family and I truly appreciate that they are open when we need them. We will definitely be returning and hope you will too. Thank you, KFC!

I tried the spicy cricket sandwich and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. I always enjoy coming to this place because the staff is friendly and quick.

We ordered the chicken strip meal deal, which included 8 small strips, approximately 1/4 lb, for $30.00. It was not a good deal at all, more like a rip off. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
