They did not fix my ex large water with sugar free mango and strawberry. I turned and they corrected my order.

Placed order and 30 minutes later was told they must have gave my order away. I wish they would close the doors bc this place is awful. I did ask for a manager but no one came out

Pulled in pushed button. Waited.......after sitting there 10 mins and other cars who arrived later than us got to order. We drove off.

It took over 30 minutes to fill an order from the mobile app, tried to give me a drink that wasn't mine, then I didn't want the ice cream that was in my order, so zi had to show the car hop what and why I shouldn't have a drink, but ice cream with my app. this place was better many many many years ago. I have the order before the confirmation from which ton pick up.

3 times they have messed up my order, the personal has to be moved. I will not be back to this place. the sonic at watson chapel is better.
