Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Pine Bluff

Really enjoyed this location. The food came out hot and fresh, even the biscuits. The staff was friendly to the customers and to each other. Enjoyed seeing that.

Seems like it is to much playing around among employees. Frequently gets orders wrong. Always cars that have to pull up and wait. Doesn't have a lot of taste to the chicken.

Traveled this city and bought food at the Camden rd location. I didn't get what I ordered and the manager didn't offer to make it right. Poor customer service.

Zero customer service. They said to pull up because my food would take 6 minutes to cook. I waited 30 minutes before going inside to ask about my food. The workers were doing absolutely nothing and decided to cook the food right then. they bring out my sandwich finally but with no fries. Then tell me it’ll be another 5 minutes on the fries. Ridiculous

Food was great but I didn't get the extra biscuit I paid for.
