Luigis Pizza & Steak House

Went for a late dinner with the family. It was pretty obvious from the get go that there was only one server/hostess working. As a result service was very slow, not the fault of the server, she was trying. Food was okay, pizza was pretty good. Never received the starter we ordered however it was on the bill. No issues having it taken off. If they had an appropriate number of staff working I would have rated higher.

We went to this restaurant, as it has good reviews on TripAdvisor. The restaurant is not fancy. Food is very average more to the good side. We tried Fish, Salad, Calamari, Pizza, Pasta. I can tell Pasta is the lowest score. The servant came while we were eating and said my shift is done and I need you to pay now because it's 10 pm and she has to leave now. I thought they close at 11 pm on Fridays as it shows on Google/TripAdvisor. I told here it's ok for us, But I wouldn't mind if we can finish our meal first. I paid her in the middle of the meal!!!!

We went here because it was close to the hotel we were staying in, but it was really disappointing. The service was terrible. The waitress often seemed exasperated by the very fact that we'd shown up - I suspect she wasn't even aware that this is the attitude she was sharing, but in the service industry you need to be more self aware. We ordered a bottle of water and she didn't pour anyone's glasses, which is typically standard service. The food was not great. I have fettuccine baked with cheese. It needed much more seasoning than it had. My husband found his meal barely edible. The restaurant is not cheap, and with the prices that you pay here you would expect far better food and a higher standard of service. Definitely don't recommend eating here and I will never eat here again.

We saw some bad reviews about this place but we thought we would try it and form our own opinion. We are glad we did. Food was great and cheaper than Boston Pizza across the street. Service was top notch. Try it and form your own opinion.

We are visiting Pincher Creek for and thought we would try Luigis for the first time not to expecting much. Well it turned out to be really good pasta and good food. We have ate at one other place last time we were in Pincher Creek. But it was not great. So now that we tried Luigis we will be back next time we come back to Pincher Creek. Good food, good service. Decent prices. We are impressed.
