Lunch was a mid-sized pizza and dinner was mutton briyani.I find the pizza on the dry side. Then again, I noticed this 'dryness' in other pizza places in Pune, including Domino's and Arthur's Theme. So I guess this is the taste that is considered common in Pune. The only juicy pizza I had was at Pizza Hut in Mumbai airport.Anyway, the pizza here is dry but the ingredients are fresh and it's a lot of toppings. The mutton briyani rice is nice and fluffly and the mutton cuts are lean. Premium ingredients indeed. However, the dish lacked fragrance. I had to ask for a bowl of spicy gravy to add to the rice and then that was better.Breakfast is alright. I only took cereals, fruits (which are very fresh and juicy) and freshly cooked sunny-side up eggs (lovely!). Service staff are very attentive and polite. However, ala-carte food is served a bit slow.My company endorses this hotel so I should be back again.
Liked the coffee shop at the Taj Gateway at Hinjewadi, Pune. The place has nice decor and lovely ambience. Theres a deli located in the Hotel as well. Food served at the coffee shop, Buzz was tasty and quick. Service was with a smile as one would expect in a Taj restaurant
Buzz at the Taj Gateway Hinjewadi is a nice cosy 24 hour Coffeeshop.Stopped by enroute to Mumbai sometime back. The hotel is conveniently located in Hinjewadi close to the Expressway. The restaurant had decent non meal time options , we opted for some veg starters and a main course. Food was good and served tastefully. The ambience of the restaurant was also bright and colourful. Service was the best part. Full marks for Taj in the service and hospitality department
Amol provides excellent guest care and has a comprehensive food menu. He is friendly and accommodating. We had a great dining experience at Buzz! The paneer jalfrezi was delicious, and the bread and salads were fresh and tasty.
We stayed at Taj Hinjewadi for a few nights and had breakfast at the restaurant called "The Buzz." It was quite crowded, but the staff managed the situation well, keeping wait times for a table low and maintaining social distancing. The addition of the buffet items complemented the overall dining experience.
