Every time I'm in Pilsen I visit this place. But now 1. prices have increased; 2. the quality of the drinks is worse. I ordered black tea with milk, but the tea was barely black. It is obvious that this restaurant is one of the popular places, but we were certainly not impressed by the visit. First of all, the staff doesn't know how to say hello, you'd see a smile and you don't feel like a welcome guest from the start. We had the same feeling on Saturday, it was full, and also on Sunday, when we could try the local gastronomy. Of course, this can be overlooked, but it will not lift the mood. The lady who served us had an apron so dirty that she raised concerns about the hygiene conditions in the establishment in general. While at Walter's next door we got free water immediately after sitting down, here they haven't even heard of the possibility of buying a larger amount of water. You have fusion water on your chosen glass, but as hipster as it sounds, it's water with a cucumber and a slice of lemon. We were not provided with cutlery. There was no one to point this out to as we only saw the background of the waiting ladies as they spent their precious time at the bar, so we took them ourselves. The food was quite good, but a large farmer's breakfast for 269 CZK would not satisfy a farmer with its size. We also positively acknowledge one lady's question as to whether everything was in order. After paying, we didn't even bother to greet anyone when leaving. Overall, we recommend the restaurant management to send the staff for training at the Walter branch next door, where we were totally impressed with their friendly behavior and great food. On 11/09/2023, I bought an iced coffee with caramel here with a friend, my friend got the same without caramel, my coffee, when they brought it to her, looked like someone had vomited on it before and it tasted like mushrooms, I was told that it was from the farm milk and that the coffee can be a bit acidic... I spent the whole evening on the toilet and also wanted to throw up constantly, the aftertaste remained in my mouth the next day. I really will never come here again!!!! I paid 99 CZK for the coffee, which I think is really enough for the fact that it didn't even taste like coffee. Really be careful, it wasn't pleasant. Even chewing a coffee bean at home didn't help me to stop smelling it. Unbelievable disgust
