If you want a change from the usual corporate hotel feel room, try the Hitching Horse Inn. It is a renovated old home with all today's conveniences. Bed was good. Shower was warm and wet. Breakfast made to order and eaten leisurely. Clean, comfortable, affordable and the horse themed interior decor made a nice change from the sterile motel furnishings. I was particularly taken with the old fashioned sexy leg lamp that sat proudly by the front window. A regret was not being able to use the balcony that lay outside our second floor bedroom. The floors upstairs were much easier to climb than many older homes.

Wonderful experience. Deb was great, she went way beyond all expectations knowing we were celebrating our 54th wedding anniversary at the Hitching Horse. Our room was really nice and breakfast was delicious and well presented. Thank you Deb and Ron, hope to spend a future anniversary at the Hitching Horse bnb.
