Pretty pathetic. Walk in and an employee standing at the register talking on her cell phone says I need to order my food at a kiosk. Bye bye taco bell. Maybe you should teach your employees about customer

Gross, ordered a Mexican pizza it was gross tasted like the oil they used was rancid second time this has happened won't be going back there again.

Asked woman who identified herself as store manager for number to contact regional manager or office. She said there is no one. Ordered a total of four crunchwraps. Received three. Three were supposed to be no meat. Received two meat 1 no meat. Received one with no markings. The one with no markings was missing meat and bitten into by someone who requested meat. One of the 2 that was marked no meat had meat and was bitten into by a person who does not eat meat. Went back to the store. Employees had an attitude and asked ME why I didn't check my food before biting into it. It's a crunchwrap. It literally falls apart when it is opened. I am so angry with the way this was handled. They missed one crunchwrap and mislabeled another. Then had the nerve to get angry with ME, like I WAS THE ONE WHO MESSED UP the order I PAID FOR. I won't be back to this location. Bonney Lake. WA

To be honest, this location seems to struggle with getting everything in an order. Our mobile order was 2 boxes, we were missing one side item, cinnamon twist, in addition our large cups were cracked in the top 1 inch. My crunch wrap was burnt, to the point that I only ate the filling with a fork, as the tortilla smelled so burnt. The last two times prior we had done drive thru using the mobile order, and we were missing at least one item. Do better!!!

My taco was put in the bag upside down. The cashier didn't count right and tried to make me give then more money before he actually counted correctly. Didn't give me my drink and when i asked for it there war much confusion on if i was even supposed to get one then they gabe me an orange drink instead of my Pepsi so had to fix that. I had to give the whole bag of food back when i asked for a new taco and my son's bean cheese burrito was made right but was cold.
