Cafeteria Oxford - Pielagos

We went to dinner with 11 people on Tuesday the 8th at 9:00 p.m., there was plenty of room to put two tables together (in fact, there were several together), but when we went to ask, they told us that there were only two waiters and that it was impossible, we gave them solutions but the The waiter refused any alternative that we proposed, total that we had to go to dinner elsewhere. We have known Oxford for years and we know the quality of its food, so I never imagined that they could treat us like this. Unfortunately we won't be back. Service: 1

He ido con mis hijos a merendar. Hacía muchos años que no iba a ese sitio. Y ha sido decepcionante. La relación calidad-precio es aceptable. Pero lo que es peor de todo es el servicio. Servicio lento, con muy mal talante, absolutamente inadecuado para ese oficio. La chica que nos ha atendido muy antipática, lenta y nos ha desesperado. What can I say, waited over 1 hrs to get our order and nothing, finally had to leave without dinner. Other people cam much later and got served before us. This is an embarrassing place.

To be fair on a Monday evening nowhere else was open, by the time we realised we had had wine so couldn’t drive and all the alternatives were closed. It was packed other nights and there were lots of families there family area so may be great for kids ? we had nachos which weren’t much more than some value crisps with cheese and guacamole dips with “skin” on. We had pizza which was OK but cheese was more like squeezy cheese out of a bottle ? it was already 10.30 is everywhere closed on a Monday in Spain? So end of the day we didn’t go hungry but probably wouldn’t return
