Taco Bell - Piedmont

I’m not a fake review, im a local.Horrible, time and time again this place lets us down, the owner needs to close it down, they hire people with no idea of customer service, the food compared to any other location is terrible. This is a shame and corporate needs to come in and just shut it down.

I rarely eat breakfast at Taco Bell but let me tell ya , I ordered the steak crunch wrap has hash brown, egg,steak,cheese y'all it was terrific!! Fast service went through drive thru and it was ready in a few minutes! ? If you have the chance go grab one!!

Cashier had a great personality. Food was fresh and delicious. Kid-friendliness: My kids love going in to eat there.

Bruh, just go somewhere else. If you are taking the time to look at reviews, go somewhere else.The last three times I've been here the employees were arguing loudly in the back amongst themselves or arguing with customers.Tonight, 14DEC23 at around 6:30pm, someone, who I assume was in a managerial position, was very rude to a customer who was complaining that they had yet to get their purchased meal. I had the issue of missing a hard taco and they obliged by giving me the food version of a middle finger.(image attached)Won't be coming back.
