I've consistently enjoyed great food here, and I've never had a negative experience. For service, I dined in for dinner, and the price range is between $10 and $20 per person. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a solid 4, and the atmosphere also a 4. I highly recommend the Fried Chicken Salad!

This restaurant has really declined. It used to be good, but now the food is terrible. How can you call a half-baked potato "twice baked" when it’s clearly just half a potato? There was nothing twice baked about it. When you order a medium steak, you expect some red—not a well-done brown. The server was also quite clueless; she didn’t bring our drinks until we had to ask about them, and my husband didn’t receive any napkins for his wings despite asking for them. By the time I got my butter, my poorly served potato was almost gone. It seems they care more about getting people intoxicated than ensuring that guests are served well and satisfied. I noticed a lot of people coming in and out with their drinks. The place was really busy, but our server seemed more interested in hanging out with those drinking outside instead of doing her job. I hope that $1 tip made her feel appreciated. She wouldn’t have received anything from me, but my husband insisted on leaving her something.

This is a letter to the owners: It was a pleasure to meet you. I'm so sorry that I no called and no showed on Saturday. It's because of Lenny. He very much threatened me on Friday night and I was afraid he was going to act in physical violence with me or possibly other person, because he was so drunk and high. I have witnessed him stealing alcohol and possibly money out of your register. I understand these are strong accusations, but they are true and on camera plus Nicole (the manager) can confirm. In your best interest, he should not work there. He's off. Again, It was a pleasure to meet you and Shelly. I wish you all the best. This incident was 4 weeks ago and will not return my calls. I'm a professional and this is just sad. I still asking for my paycheck.
