Longhorn Steakhouse - Pickerington

Two out of our party of four were unable to eat their main course. Lamb was ordered to be well done, but instead of the cook taking the meat off the direct flame, he just let them burn until they were well done and still tried to serve them to us. Far too expensive cut of meat to be trying to serve burnt. The restaurant was not crowded, yet our server seemed to be overly busy and barely was able to get back to us, though he was extremely nice. The atmosphere was really nice other than the old man staring at us, weirdo. I guess that has nothing to do with the restaurant, though.Management did alter our bill to reflect our complaints.

My favorite place to be.. eating my favorite meal.. parmesan crusted chicken, sweet potato and broccoli. I have always had a great experience here but today my server Madison R made my dining experience extra special. She's cool, on point, prompt, nice and just a good energy/vibe to be around on a day such as the gloomy one I was having. I've never had her as a server before but I hope to have her more. LOVE THIS LONGHORN LOCATION

We go often because we know what we order will be great. Service is great...always greeted with a smile

Always a good experience at this restaurant. Food was very fresh drinks were filled bread always on the table. Very helpful staff.

We went to longhorn to have an early dinner, we checked in, the host said an hour wait. They said they will text when ready. We went to a park close by to play with our 5 year old grandson. We came back 50 min later. We went in and washed up since we were playing.. then ask the host how much longer on our table to which he replied 45 more minutes. I ask to talk to manager, she stated they are understaffed. I told her I completely understand but tell us the time so that we can plan things as well.. there were at least 10 tables by the bathroom that were cleaned and ready to go but yet it will be 45 more minutes.. I went outside to relay info to my party of 3 .. we decided to cancel after wasting our time there..
