I had a bad experience at this restaurant. I had stopped going there a year ago due to previous bad experiences, but I was in a hurry with family over. The line was busy and chaotic. I ordered donuts and a breakfast sandwich with speck and sausage. However, the order was all wrong. The girl working there brought me a dozen donuts instead of letting me choose, and the breakfast sandwich was also incorrect. When I asked for a bag, it was dirty and used. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I won't be returning. I have had much better experiences at other busy restaurants where they take the time to get the orders right. It's a shame.
Whether they dine in or go through the drive-thru, customers are unable to place their orders correctly at this establishment. They are charged for items they did not order, only to find out later that those items were not added to their order.
I just drove 5 minutes ago with the car, bad service. the employees talk about the holiday, not to focus on customers. I wait for the total, they talk about slender garden she went at the weekend.
The quality of coffee is very poor, taste like water with cream. I always enjoyed but not anymore. Waste of money
