The Works Craft Burgers Beer

This is truly a five-star restaurant, without a doubt. I absolutely love the onion rings and highly recommend them. Even though I dislike cheese, I ordered a plain burger without it, and it was perfect. I've only been here once so far, but I can't wait for my next visit. The waiter was incredibly nice, too!

The restaurant offers a wide variety of burgers. I ordered the Sweet Chicka Chicka Boom Boom sandwich, while my husband chose the Get Piggy With It. Each sandwich comes with a side, and we opted for the fries. The iced tea was served in a measuring cup, which was quite unusual. The service was average; our server wasn't particularly friendly. Surprisingly, the restaurant was empty when we arrived at 1:00 PM on a Saturday.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to grab a bite, with a wide variety of options that cater to everyone’s tastes. Our server, Danny, was exceptional and provided outstanding service. I ordered the maple dish and upgraded to an elk patty, which was absolutely incredible! For those needing vegetarian options, there are plenty of choices available, including customizable vegetarian and vegan meals.

When I returned to place my order, I tried to remain polite despite the awkwardness. I didn’t want to make a scene, so I ordered my food and left. I ended up leaving a 0 tip, which is something I’ve never done before. The service wasn't great, and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. Additionally, the bright lights were unpleasant and hurt my eyes. At least the female server was nice. In the future, it would be better to speak directly to customers if you have something to say, especially if it's not complimentary. It's a shame I won’t be coming back, as the Kobe burger was quite good. I think I’ll choose a different location next time—preferably one with management and staff that are more welcoming—or I might just avoid this chain altogether.

I had the kamikaze burger during the lunch special, and it was delicious with just the right amount of spice. I'll definitely go for the larger size next time. The fries were fresh and crispy as well. I would definitely recommend it!
