Pizza Nova - Pickering

I visited the restaurant just after 8 PM today and ordered a lasagna, but unfortunately, I forgot to ask for a whole garlic bread instead of half. The staff were friendly and approachable, which was a plus. I specifically requested my lasagna to be well done and asked for extra sauce. While the extra sauce was perfect, the lasagna itself was far from well done—it was barely cooked. This seems to be a persistent problem here. By the time I reached the middle of the dish, it was only lukewarm, which was quite disappointing as I expect my meals to be served hot. There was no crispy exterior or any char, and with the dish being over $20, I had confirmed my request twice. I'll share some pictures to show how improperly cooked it was. This experience highlights why I seldom order from here; simple instructions are often overlooked. When I request something to be well done, I anticipate some char on my food. Overall, I'm not enjoying this meal at all, and I doubt I'll be coming back. Thank you.

I am very disappointed with my recent visit. I've been a loyal customer for many years, but tonight's pizza was absolutely terrible. I ordered a small pizza with six toppings, but the crust tasted like cardboard and seemed like it had been made the day before. The toppings were stale, and there was barely any cheese! I paid $40, including the tip, and I felt utterly cheated!

The experience can be hit or miss. At times, the pizzas are quite good, but on other occasions, they just don’t hit the mark. It often seems to depend on who is making them. Like many restaurants, the quality can fluctuate with different chefs. That said, I’ve definitely had worse meals.

Our number one pick for pizza in the Greater Toronto Area. The service is always outstanding, and their pizza is unmatched. Although they are a bit more expensive than some alternatives, the quality makes it worth it. Their panzerottis are amazing as well!

We ordered 10 large pizzas (5 cheese and 5 pepperoni) for a big gathering. Definitely ask for Sadaf! She did an outstanding job making sure our order was accurate and ready on time for the event. Everyone enjoyed the pizzas and absolutely loved Pizza Nova!
