East Side Mario's - Pickering

I can never complain about my lunch dates at East Side Mario's. A simple meal that satisfies my pasta cravings! It's always fun because I love the unlimited salad and soup they offer there. Solid soul food that feels good in my belly! I really enjoyed the build my own pasta that I opted for on my last visit. I created my dream pasta dish!

This location seems pretty hit or miss with service. You either have an awesome server, or someone who forgets to bring you things and doesn't check on you at all.

The food was pretty good. It's a nice family restaurant.

This restaurant is located with the shopping mall with a separate entrance facing outside. The servers are nice and friendly. We went to different East Side Mario's restaurants in greater toronto area and for the food quality, this restaurant is definately better. We ordered Mario's Chicken Parmigiana and a mini marios (kid's meal with a ham pineapple pizza. For the drink we ordered Rainbow Shirley for my daughter and an ice tea for my wife. The hand-breaded Chicken Parmigiana is very big in portion, crispy outside and moist inside. The side dishes including the homeloaf bread and caesar salad are delicious. We all enjoyed tonight and for sure we'll come back again : That's very convenient after we had a great dinner, we spend sometime in the shopping mall before going home.

The ambience is really good. The food quantity and quality was just perfect. The staff was quite friendly. They also do accept scene points. It is one of my favourite restaurants when i crave italian food.
