Swiss Chalet Rotisserie Gril

Food was actually really good. Better than what it usually is. I've gone to this location a few times this summer though and everytime we order fountain drinks their is this strange taste like the hoses that dispense the beverage haven't been cleaned in forever.The waitress did confirm that they fixed the problem and the taste seemed to be fine for the Pepsi, but the lemonade tasted horrible because obviously the machine isn't clean 100% yet.Regardless, the servers are always amazing and everytime I've said something they've kindly provided me bottles drinks with no hassle.Despite the dodgy drinks, I'll definitely be back at this location.

Do not attend or order from this location. We’ve had to specify while ordering to not overcook the chicken, nor send undercooked, soggy fries. They don’t hit the 50/50 mark for compliance on these simple requests. They often forget simple things like the dipping sauce or sour cream for the potato. The chicken has arrived so dry that it becomes impenetrable and the fries are so undercooked they’ve still got a white colour and a lumpy texture.If that’s not enough, you’ll get attitude from the lady at the counter as she makes no mistake in showing she does not like working there.Bad form, Swiss Chalet. What happened to you?

Very slow service just to get someone to come to the table. I usually do take out mostly but decided to eat in. There are not many servers. We ordered the chicken and rib meal, spring rolls, garlic cheese bread, salad and a few chicken meals. Would def recommend the garlic cheese bread and the chicken meals. Ribs were good but not much meat at all. I wouldn’t order the spring rolls again. They did not stagger the food where you eat your apps first everything came out about the same time. Food was pretty good. Price was good for amount of people. Not sure why I was charged for a kids drink when it was suppose to be included in the meal but I just paid at that point. Place was clean. Next time would just do take out. I think many restaurants are understaffed and the service and atmosphere just isn’t there. Still tipped the server generously.

Ordered the roast beef dinner for takeout, when I opened it, this was the sad meal I received. Was really looking forward to it, but was very disappointed with the meal. Two bites of veggies, a couple small pieces of the beef that was smothered in gravy and a tiny scoop of mash potatoes. No horseradish or even butter for my bun. Probably won't be ordering from this location anymore.

Visited this location with the family (large group) and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service we received from our server, Sharon. Super attentive, an expert with the Chalet menu and gave great recommendations, warm energy that made us feel at home, and she was very funny. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Been to many Swiss Chalets but Sharon's service by far was the best we've had.
